Cure' of Ars Religious Education Class May Crowning Ceremony
May 6, 2007

On May 6, 2007, the Religious Education students, their parents, teachers, and parishioners joined together in the school cafeteria to celebrate the crowning of Mary. Songs and hymns were led by musician and teacher Mrs. Tankard, while sixth grade student Hannah Cavanaugh had the honor of crowning Mary. Those students with perfect attendance were awarded certificates.

Third grade teacher Mrs. Taboada needs our prayers as she continues her courageous struggle with cancer, and she is shown with her class, wearing the air filter that helps her body stay free of contaminants.

Following the crowning, the students enjoyed a frozen treat and closed out another successful year in the Religious Education Program at Cure' of Ars.
