Cure' of Ars Religious Education Class May Crowning Ceremony

On May 6, 2006, the Religious Education students, their parents, teachers, and parishioners joined together in the school cafeteria to celebrate the crowning of Mary, on a cool and windy day in May. Songs and hymns were led by musician and teacher Mrs. Tankard, while a student had the honor of crowning Mary. Nine students were recognized with certificates for perfect attendance during the year. (Eight students were photographed on the stage, displayed in the last row of images, while the ninth student is shown on the left in the second picture.) Following the crowning, the students enjoyed a frozen treat and closed out another successful year in the Religious Education Program at Cure' of Ars.
