Cure' of Ars Religious Education Confirmation

On April 3, 2011, the Most Reverend James P. Kelleher,S.T.D., Archbishop Emeritus of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas and member of Cure' of Ars Catholic Church administered the Sacrament of Confirmation to 101 young men and women of the parish. Also present were Monsignor Charles McGlinn, pastor of Cure' of Ars, Sister Julie Galan, Sisters of Saint Joseph of Concordia, Mrs. Marlene Rowe, school principal, and the Knights of Columbus Honor Guard. Mr. and Mrs. M.T. Lancaster served as the coordinators of the Sacrament of Confirmation for the parish. Following the Mass, the newly confirmed enjoyed a reception in the school cafeteria with their sponsors and families.(Click on thumbnail to show full size photo.) |
